First Bramhotsavam! – Vijaya Kiladri Temple, Vijayawada – Know the Commonalities with Tirupati and Srirangam!

Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami will preside over first Bramhotsavams of Vijaya Kiladri Temple from 22nd Jan to 28th Jan at Seetanagaram, Vijayawada. We invite everyone to join the Sri Bhu Neela sametha Sri Venkateswara Swami panchahnaka ekakundathmaka first Bramhotsavams..!
Tirupati has pushkarini in the north and Vijaya Kiladri also has Krishna river flowing on the north side. Sri Rangam has Kaveri river flowing on the three sides, and Vijaya Kiladri has Krishna river flowing on the three sides. It is very auspicious according to vasthu sastra to have river flowing on the north and/or on the three sides of a kshetram.

The temple was first envisioned by Sri Peddha Jeeyar Swami in the year of 1965. Know more on the history of the sacred moutain!

God exists everywhere, therefore every unit of the existence is sacred! However, where great saints or acharyas such as Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swami and Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami perform their prayers to a deity at a specific temple or a place of worship, their sanctity makes it easier for us to experience the divinity! Let’s be ever thankful to Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami for making this possible to all of us!

In view of the First Bramhotsavams, several events symbolizing gratitude and love towards the deity are going to be performed by the archakas.
